Why Customised Training ?

There are many advantages to customised training:

1. If your implementation of MAXIMO has been heavily customised the generic training material will not necessarily reflect your system. Screens, menus and terminology are some of the cosmetic features that differ greatly between standard and customised systems. Generic training is conducted on the MAXDEMO database and the standard MAXIMO application which will not reflect your implementation

2. Training conducted using generic training material instructs the students in the generic workflow of MAXIMO rather than your sites unique workflow.

3. Generic training material is based upon groups of up to 6 students. Each student has a PC and works through hands-on exercises with instructor lectures. The courses have set durations and are based on a case study environment.
