MAXMON monitors key indicators at the intervals you determine. The results are presented to you direct from MAXMON. Both detail and summary results are presented as MAXMON screens.

You can have MAXMON automatically send an email when a monitor event occurs. For example MAXMON could be configured to send an email to a senior manager when a Workorder valued at more than, say, $5000, has been Waiting For Approval for more than 3 days.
